To Be Free

This is a poem written from Tobias's point of view. It starts out in the begining when he got trapped then to when the Ellimist gave him back his morphing powers, to until the end when Rachel died.

To be free....
To be free was my one great dream
Now I have wings but
another dream has enveloped me
A dream of an undying love for me
A dream of a girl with smooth blond hair
And eyes of cool icy blue
I have to choose
Looose one dream and gain another
What will I choose?
To have my wings or to have her
Quickly must I choose
She is drifting away with every moment
When I see her my heart
soars higher then my wings can take me
I behold her beauty and her courage
She faces death every day and all I can do is watch
I wish I can protect her
The Ellimist gave me back my powers
But I still kept my wings
The war raged on
She start to changed
She becamed cold and distant
Now on th Blade ship
I can see her face
All the bitterness and Hatered is washed away
Now in her eyes I see an undying love for me
Alone on the ship she dies
And I couldn't save her
I made a decision without even considering
I chose my wings
and lost my love
I am tortured by her death and
No longer can I fly and be free.
