Ani-Tv Flops...

I am a Animorphs fan.

I was really excited to watch the Ani-TV show for the very first time. And my apparent reaction was...

HOW COULD SCHOLASTIC DO THIS?

The characters are played appropriately. But the actors who play them, they just don't fit in *scowls at the TV*

The actors who play the fated 5 kids are about twenty-something. Based on the books, the Animorphs are around to 13-15 years old when they receive the power. And the plot of the shows have massive holes so big you can fall through them, and the TV shows are only vaguely based on the books, and the characters aren't played right. No plot development, just plot holes and screwy acting.

So ask me this: If (and that's a BIG if) they plan to make another TV show or a movie, the actors need to be the same age, or have similar characteristics to the characters in the book.

And you wonder where your tax money goes :)
